These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.inntec.ca and all services, products, programs, courses, consulting sessions, advisory services, reviews, learning materials, digital tools, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Inn Tec Inc. (“Inn Tec Inc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, purchasing any Service, enrolling in any program, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Scope and Nature of Services

• Inn Tec Inc. provides educational, preparatory, and advisory services intended to support professional development, regulatory understanding, examination preparation, and career advancement. Services may include, without limitation, competency-based assessment guidance, NPPE preparation courses and simulators, online learning programs, experience reviews, consulting or advisory hours, written materials, templates, recorded sessions, and career-related advisory services.
• All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Inn Tec Inc. does not provide licensed professional engineering services, legal advice, regulatory representation, or technical validation. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes professional engineering advice, legal advice, or a substitute for independent professional judgment.

Participant Responsibility and Accuracy of Submissions

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, and originality of all information, documents, and materials you submit or rely upon while using the Services. Inn Tec Inc. does not verify, validate, certify, or confirm the technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, or factual correctness of any participant submissions.
• You remain fully responsible for all submissions made to regulators, employers, or third parties, including representations of experience, competencies, qualifications, and professional history. Inn Tec Inc. assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or outcomes arising from information provided by you.

Accuracy of Information

• Reasonable efforts are made to ensure that all content provided through the website and Services is accurate, current, and relevant. However, due to the evolving nature of regulations, professional standards, examination formats, and licensing requirements, Inn Tec Inc. does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or ongoing applicability of any information provided.
• Users are encouraged to independently verify current requirements, standards, and regulatory expectations directly with the applicable professional or regulatory bodies. Reliance on any information provided through the Services is at your own risk.

No Guarantee of Outcome

• Participation in any Service does not guarantee success in examinations, competency assessments, regulatory reviews, licensing decisions, employment opportunities, or professional designation approvals. Outcomes depend on factors beyond Inn Tec Inc.’s control, including individual experience, writing quality, references, regulatory interpretation, and examination performance.
• No representations, warranties, or guarantees are made regarding results or outcomes.

Access, Scheduling, and Use

• Access to courses, platforms, and digital materials is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Consulting sessions, advisory hours, and review services must be scheduled and used within the time period communicated at purchase. Unused access or services expire automatically at the end of the applicable period and are not refundable or transferable.
• Inn Tec Inc. is not responsible for missed sessions, failure to schedule within permitted timeframes, or access loss due to expiration.

Payments and Refunds

• Payments for all services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Refunds for courses are available if requested within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no reasonable portion of the course has been accessed. Accessing lessons, viewing course content, or materially using downloadable materials constitutes use and renders the purchase non-refundable.
• If eligible, approved refunds will be issued minus a processing fee of four percent (4%) plus fifty cents ($0.50 CAD) per transaction.
• Consulting services, advisory hours, and review services are non-refundable once delivered, whether in whole or in part, regardless of satisfaction or outcome.
• In the event of verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased materials, reasonable measures will be taken to resolve the issue. Where resolution is not feasible, a refund or alternative access may be provided at the discretion of Inn Tec Inc.
• Where consulting hours are purchased as part of the Program, they must be scheduled and used within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Unused hours beyond this period will expire without refund.
• Cancellations or rescheduling of consultations or live course delivery sessions must be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Failure to provide notice will result in the booked time being considered used and charged against the consultation payment.

Privacy and Confidentiality
*All personal information collected through the use of the website and Services is handled in accordance with Inn Tec Inc.’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information as described in that policy.

• Any proprietary materials, templates, methodologies, feedback, or instructional content provided by Inn Tec Inc. are confidential and intended solely for personal use. You agree not to copy, distribute, disclose, or share such materials with third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination or expiration of access to the Services.

Intellectual Property

• All website content and Service materials, including text, graphics, videos, templates, recordings, and branding, are the intellectual property of Inn Tec Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal educational purposes.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Modifications

• Inn Tec Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any services, materials, pricing, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
• Continued use of the website or Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inn Tec Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website or Services.
• Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.

By accessing the website, purchasing any Service, or participating in any program offered by Inn Tec Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
